1. Acceptance of Terms

CedulaNetix provides a platform for users to:

• Browse information about Mexican cultural experiences and traditional dance workshops
• Book and pay for participation in these experiences
• Communicate with CedulaNetix regarding these experiences
• Access educational and informational content related to Mexican cultural traditions

The specific details, including pricing, scheduling, and content of each experience, will be provided on the relevant pages of our Site or in communication with you.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Site or to book experiences, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

When you book an experience through our Site:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all participants
• You confirm that all participants meet any specified age, health, or other requirements for the experience
• You acknowledge that availability is subject to change until your booking is confirmed
• You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until you complete your booking. Payment for experiences must be made in full at the time of booking using the payment methods we accept.

Taxes and Fees

Prices displayed on the Site may not include applicable taxes, service fees, or other charges unless explicitly stated. Any such additional charges will be displayed before you complete your booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation by You

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled experience
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled experience
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience

To cancel, you must notify us through your account or by contacting our customer service.

Rescheduling by You

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience and are subject to availability. We will accommodate rescheduling requests when possible, but cannot guarantee availability for alternative dates or times.

Cancellation or Changes by CedulaNetix

We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to any experience due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, instructor illness, insufficient participation, or safety concerns. In such cases:

• We will attempt to notify you as soon as possible
• We will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the experience

6. Participant Conduct and Requirements

Code of Conduct

When participating in our experiences, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by instructors
• Treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect
• Respect the cultural significance of activities and materials
• Arrive on time for the scheduled experience
• Not attend if you are ill or showing symptoms of contagious illness
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs that could impair your ability to safely participate

Health and Ability

You are responsible for ensuring that you and any participants you book for are physically capable of participating in the experience. Certain experiences may require a minimum level of physical ability, which will be indicated in the experience description. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we reasonably believe that a participant's health or ability may put themselves or others at risk.

Minors

Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise specified in the experience description. By booking for a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor or have obtained permission from the parent or legal guardian.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CedulaNetix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting content to our Site (such as reviews, comments, or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CedulaNetix, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or Services
• Our total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts paid by you to CedulaNetix for the past three months of Service use
• We are not liable for any injury, illness, damage, or loss suffered by you or any participant during any experience, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CedulaNetix, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site's content other than as expressly authorized.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Site or Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Site or Services.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CedulaNetix regarding our Site and Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and CedulaNetix relating to your use of the Site or Services.
